The private entrance and canal view added to the charm of the place. The hosts, Tamara and Kirsten, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. We also appreciated the flexible check-out time. We can't wait to come back and experience this amazing place again!

My partner and I had a delightful stay at this charming studio overlooking the tranquil canal. It was a perfect getaway from the busy city center, yet easily accessible by tram. the hosts, Tamara and Kirsten, were incredibly helpful and provided all the necessary amenities. We loved sipping our morning coffee on the balcony, taking in the amazing view. the studio was clean and cozy, and the owners even offered bikes and a canoe for exploring the beautiful waterfront. We can't wait to come back!
The lack of air conditioning, which made the room a bit warm during hot weather.

The value for money at the Water Studio was excellent, with a comfortable and cozy room that had everything we needed.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be a wider variety of breakfast items.

The apartment was absolutely stunning and the location was great, just a short distance from the city center and close to shops and restaurants. the view from the balcony was amazing, especially in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee. the hosts were incredibly welcoming and quick to respond, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved the fact that we had access to bikes and a canoe, allowing us to explore the area in a unique way.
One small downside was the sloped entrance to the car park, which required some attention if you have a car with a low chassis. However, this wasn't a big issue for us.
